There were only 10 combines in the FS17 base game. We will get at another couple, but I don't know how many you were expecting

Let's assume there are another two from Case, a Massey Fergusen and another one or two from New Holland (to match their FS17 tallies) then you'll already have more than FS17 started with.

To this point how many class 9 combines do we have I can only think of the agco ideal unless I missed a big Massey combine hope they still include the case 9240 and cr10.90, glad we got jd and what we’ve got wonder how long it’ll take to get the jd dlc out, id bet a years pay (granted it’s not much) that we get one

The first thing every friday I do after fact sheet release is to visit that page.
And today I completely forgot about it so much so that I couldn’t even relate eric’s post :biggrin2:

I am actually very glad that we now have 6r-7r-8r series, did not think we would get that Also the 8rt, not bad at all. Now we just wait for horsch to come back and hopefully next week we see the fendt vario 1000.

As I said when JD was first announced, I expect there will be an early JD dlc just to get some more money from that liscense. Which is perfectly fine by me... I just really want the JD round bale cotton picker to be in it.

But, even if we don't get it nor a JD dlc, we still have a nice JD lineup. I'm really happy with what has been revealed so far. My only real hopes atm are for a seasons and gps mod early on and that bale and pallet physics are much better than before...

I have been quite curious of Horsch and Great Plains equipment. I've really enjoyed operating in the 100-180hp area... Although in FS17 I've been glued to BEN's MF Classic pack and can't let it go.

RODHA wrote: Fri Sep 07, 2018 3:28 pm What I'm surprised is that the IDEAL combine has a 40FT header.
I wonder if a 45FT is available like it is for Case and NH.
I've seen the 8T and 9T at a couple of farm shows, and I was surprise a large hp combine like the 9T did not have a wider header. All I can think of is...its harvesting system is new, and it can't handle any higher flow-rate that would come from a wider header. The thing is a monstrosity, I just suspected at 45' - 50' header. Once again, I will have to count on my mod teams.
And Giant likes to keep "almost" everything small attachment wise, its like they want to force people to farm small, or spend twice the amount of time on field as what it should take.
Today the offer up the largest Krone forage harvester, but for some reason the don't want you to have the the model 1053 header 10.5m (34 5"'). If you're not going to include the largest header, why offer up Krone's largest harvester, when the smaller model harvesters will run the same 903 header they gave us, and the smaller models cost a lot less $$.

Because maybe giants like to spice it up a bit, and who knows, maybe there is smaller equipment so you can spend a little more time in the fields enjoying the beauty of the game...

Smith Modding wrote: Fri Nov 02, 2018 3:07 pm Looking good giants!! Also, to the peeps complaining about "not enough JD", chill out. 5 tractors+ a combine for JDs first appearance in game is pretty big. Plus it's just a different colored tractor.
(5) JD tractors? I'm sorry but you you have a 6, 7, and 8 series, you can't really count the different variations in the series, and a dinky combine. NH, Case IH, all have largest tractor from Giant, I'm still hoping for JD 9 series in a DLC, and a 7 S-series Combine, or maybe F4365 Nutrient Applicator.

The beauty of the game, is being able to farm realistically. Not try to hobby farm, and loose your farm to the bank. Come visit my neighbor's new 9620RX, if you don't think that is a thing of beauty, there is something wrong.
