There are 2 points on each map that are storage only. There are none that are both storage and sell. Both the storage silos are located on the rail line and NOT listed in the sale price screen.

The farm looks like something owned by a bunch of crackheads with a meth lab in the barn. I sold every building but the grain elevator, leased a plow, and turned it into one large field.
