Doesnt suprise me at all. I predicted this as soon as they announced JD was coming to 19, just because they have the licensing doesnt require the modders to make them for console so there will still be plenty of JD mods for PC that console wont get. Im sure some will eventually make it to console but it might take some time

Also potential licensing issues, where JD may not be supportive of their older stock appearing in-game next to their (and their competitors) newer stock.
