I too hadn’t seen that said by Giants in the forum. I think the real issue is getting console people the info they need in big I can read letters - not to belittle myself. But it speaks to the point I was trying to make about more and more and more people asking the question - its a good thing. It means success, if even guaged through failures. But I don’t think its plausible to think that survival on the consoles will persist with thousands of people told they are going to have to wait another month potentially to play the game fully. The contracts glitch is a fatal bug in terms of gameplay for long time console players - they are forming a fanbase which may be ever so slightly growing, but at the cost of making fans who wouldn’t reccomend the game to their friends.

Exactly well said my point is theres all these topics and posts on here about pc users and giants posting stuff in them with pc info but not once have i seen a console topic opened and someone from giants post in there some info as to what is going on so all console players can just go to that topic and read then we would all know and stop asking? But right now im not going through all the pc topics just to find 1 post if there even is one... It does show that pc users are favoured its common sense to have 2 topics 1 for pc and 1 for console and let each customer base know exacrly what is going on then there would be less or no reason for people to be annoyed right noe it just feels like giants havr taken my £80 and gone thanks now see yer later.

Agreed - it took me three days messing around with the forum before I finally found out that console updates were slated before xmas. Good to know I’m not alone in that frustration - still haven’t seen it said from Giants anywhere, not saying its not there - just saying this could be easily avoided on the homepage with a short tweet as to the “status” of each version. The mainstream does better when they don’t have to work for what they want to know now.

Exactly with all the social media and internet these daya it isnt hard for a dev company to keep "all" parties in the loop not just 1 if they managed that then id be happy and id sit back and wait for the fixes as i know they will come in time

Not for Mac as yet I was told yesterday in a reply from someone at Giants. Coming soon whenever that maybe..............
Also on a Mac and in the same boat..... 19 is unplayable for me with all the controller problems.....

well I found my fix to the ills of v1.1.3, go back to v1.1.0 as its still compatible with v1.1.3 MP servers!
plays FS15/FS17/FS19 on PC

Open up your InputBindings XML file............
Find the reference to the control you want modify.........
Make sure you know the Controllers ID (ex Steering wheel, Joystick, etc....)
Edit the line to the Button you want.
Example below is me adding 2 buttons together for the Hazard lights.....
Notice everything is in Capitol letters......

The hotfix didn't fix anything concerning my Logitech Momo Steering wheel and pedals. Same problems as before. I stated my issues in a bug report someone else started, which says it's "solved" now...

Where the Console hotfix?! hotfixes don't require certification so WTH?
Don't tell us were getting patch in few days if u can't roll it out for everyone.

I am guessing they are trying to fit in as much as they can with each fix because as of this fix, the graphics are definitely different. Depending on your system, you will be fine or you will have some issues.

Hi.. Thank you Giants team for the great work you people are doing. After the launch of the game I was battling with the game to get going with the controller and head tracking, but then I discovered it was due to my own inability to understand certain settings and with a little help from some forums on a different site I managed to get things going. Though FS19 does have some errors and things that can be adjusted for the better, it is already a stunning game and I really enjoy playing it. I wish people can see that the glass is half full instead of half empty, it will make the world a better place not to mention what it will do for FS19.... :biggrin2:

Thank you for the ongoing patches and updates. I can't wait to see how and how much FS19 changes every time you mention the release of a new update or patch..

PS: Are we gonna see "drive control" as an update, or will it be up to the mod creators? It's far greater fun when using G29 along with drive control or a gearbox mod..
