This looks amazing! This seems like a powerful tool, and one i've been excitedly waiting for.

So, in the mix of mods i've been using to terraform my farm, one of the problems i had was, say, when i would put down a dirt texture, change my mind and put down a gravel texture later, it would still behave like dirt when i drove over it. So, brown tire tracks and brown dust from a gravel or asphalt texture! I hope things like this are not going to be an issue in this new tool. Anyways, that's a small concerne. Looks like it's gonna be a good patch.

Yes and it will come with lots of bug fixes as well.
Could us console users get a list of what bugs are fixed so we know what to look forward to?

Giants, please release this patch as Beta first...so if things went not so good...it will be "ok" since it will be a Beta.

That will be a good way to keep your reputation and show that you listen what your custumer said.

That looks great any chance you could add Fence and hedgerows as well and maybe tree line tool in the Landscaping

I am not sure why in-game map editor is the right solution....I was expecting some Lizard attachable thing which will smoothen the ground, other one would level it, made the concrete/road/grass.. But I am too old to understand gaming industry I guess :D

So my question is: is there more placeables coming into the game? Like that Farm trailer which can be used as a farmhouse for sleeping etc? Or just any new placeables?

They should add a LOCK AXIS button on it, so you can only go alongside the X and Y axis for perfect straight lines. Just a tip Giants :).
Of course you would still have people who like to build not straight alongside X and Y axis hehe.



For me this patch should contain atleast:
Fix for screen size on PS4.
Fix for menu text sizes (I have to sit 1 meter closer to the tv to read prices and silo amounts)
Fix for HUD clarity (too white and bright against the background, no idea if I have front, tractor or rear attachment selected)
Fix for menu clarity of selector (can't see on which "crop" or "ground state" I am standing to activate or deactivate it on the map)
No collision camera option
AI of workers (it's better then in FS17 I guess... but I still see them doing stuff...?!?)

For the rest I have not encountered too many issues that really bring down the fun in the game. Sure there's alot that needs to be fixed or improved. But alot will be fixed during time I think. Biggest thing would be the tractor sound I guess to be fixed piority after the above list :).

Awesome!!!!! This will be great! My question?!?! Can we now flatten all the hilly un-farmable land in the valley the starting farm is in on Ravenport? I love terrain change but there’s very little room for field expansion presently!
