At the time of your posting, it was already on Steam. As Bossmanslim said, try refreshing the page, if it's still not showing up, clear your cache.

Worth noting that the RBMPRO 2000 isn't complete (viewtopic.php?f=985&t=144909). The other machines seem to work and animate okay, but the coolest one of them all you didn't bother make correctly. About on par for Giants quality these days.

This is what you should expect as answer since they do not care about a product after they launch it. They prefer to work on another DLC to make more money.

Please perform a hard reset of the server after the DLC is installed and make sure that you de- and reactivate the DLC at least once.

Server reset multiple times. DLC installed and reinstalled and reinstalled and reinstalled. Not working in multiplayer.
