[Blog]Go big with Bourgault! Interview & Map Recommendations

Post by O5-Chaki » Fri Mar 06, 2020 11:23 am

Here we go! Ready for Bourgault next week.

We have an interview with Robert Fagnou of Bourgault ready where we'll talk a bit about the machines and the cooperation with GIANTS Software. Then, we prepared a bit where we suggest a few maps that would be a good fit for machines of Bourgaults size that you can find on the ModHub, in case you need some help with that.

You can find the article here.

Fun Fact: The articles are categorized by color. As the announcement for the blog was orange and todays article was red, we'll (probably) get purple next week! Exciting, isn't it?

Have a nice weekend.

i have a question on the dlc

ok giant has made two maps for fs19 (Map name: Ravenport and Map name: Felsbrunn) .
im a little lost on how giant can bring out big seeders when they have not made a map to fit the dlc

look at a consolo players who are stuck on standed size maps when a pc user can use a 4x map.

They literally list out recommended maps big enough to use this DLC on in the blog. Which includes Estancia lepacha.
The idea that you need a 4x map to use this on is nonsense as well.

Welker, dahl, and lone oak would also be good maps to use it on.

lol I got to laugh out loud on that one ( recommended maps so the old fs17 convert Estancia lepacha counts as a fs19 map made for the dlc . gaint needs to take a look and make a big map for big seeders as its not down to modders to make maps to fit there dlc

so is giant going to make a map to fit the dlc ?

Ravenport would work too. I joined a lot of fields and them big. I never played felsbrunn.

I do think it would be cool if giants came out with a big map.

Illinois Farmer I can not see giant making big fields maps ( but it would be nice to see a standed and a big field map form giant) I did buy the dlc but I have maps I can use and made for things like the big bud.

That's what I meant not a 4x map. I haven't decided if I'm going to buy it or not.

that's the simple part (if you have big fields. you need a big seeder . if you have small fields. you need the small seeder) and the dlc by the looks of it needs big fields.

I think they should include a map with all their DLC. I know it's just a paid mod as well, but it would add value. I'm on the fence about this one as there's plenty of free big equipment to choose from without it.

You want GIANTS to add a new map to a DLC, cause that would add value.
You don't need the big equipment in this new DLC, "as there's plenty of free big equipment to choose from".

So please explain; why would a GIANTS map add value to the DLC, as there are plenty of free maps to choose from? :confusednew:

What are the "big equipment" available for console players?
