Important message to the Farming Simulator Community

Post by Chaki »

Dear fans,
since the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic still evolves and safety measures get reinforced around the world, we want to let you know that GIANTS Software is doing everything possible to protect not only our employees but the public safety by having implemented various precautions. Keeping our employees and fellow citizens healthy is a top-priority.

This means, all of our teams implemented home office policies and most of the staff has vacated the offices to reduce risk and slow down the spread of infection. That also means, everyday work and various responsibilities may underlie temporary interruptions. For example, our overall response time may slow down in some cases.

These are hard times for everyone and we’re still working hard to maintain all our services for you to enjoy. Please stay home, follow the behavioral guidelines provided by experts and don’t forget to have fun.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are thankful for our supportive community and welcome every new virtual farmer looking for a way to virtually relax in these trying times.

Farm on and stay safe,
GIANTS Software

Stay safe. The game is not the priority. Thanks for giving my kids and me a excellent activity to do during these times.

Things are definitely rough right now. I hope we can get through this fairly quickly so we can move forward. Stay safe all. Is anyone having problems with the mod hub not loading on ps4?

Not PS4, but on XB1 sometimes I go to modhub and it perpetually says loading modhub. When I back out to the menu and go back in it works fine.

Be safe and live to farm another day. I don’t know about anyone else, but there’s a ton of things I haven’t done yet. Try to enjoy your less hectic time.👨‍🌾

I have tried going in and back out. No such luck. It loads the store and online features but will not load the mod hub. This is on ps4 btw.
