Stuck on loading screen for Altenstein Map

All day I’ve been trying to load The Altenstein map on FS17. I’ll get all the way to the loading screen leave it for an hour and nothing happens, doesn’t look to be frozen as the Tips bar is still circulating.
My platform is PS4
