Need help!!! Friend cant join me!!

Hello. I have some problem with a friend, we have play alot together, and we just hold a little break for some days, and now we cant join each other, is always say "No connection could be estabilshed to the multiplayer game" and it say the same when I make the game or he do. We can both join randoms servers without problem. How do we fix it? Plz help!!
