Wheels
when I enlarge the wheel of the tractor in the editor, when I change the wheel on the yada, a part of the wheel looks under the ground

Hi! I think the wheel looks bigger now, than it really is. Because of this is a part of the collision missing. -> the wheel can get through the ground. I hope this is the problem. Test it with other wheel.xmls!
