Mods Where do I find them?

Please help!
I have the XBOX 1 version and I am sorry but I am having a difficult time finding my mods so that I may use them in my Career. What am I doing incorrectly so as to not be able to see any of my Mods? They are All Selected in the Selection folder and I have downloaded every one of them and they are showing up in my folders but not where I can use them.

They are in the game in the shop. You have to buy them in your game with your game money.
