Machine applying 3 stages of fertilizer in one pass

I am working on a small edit. I added the capability to apply liquid fertilizer with it. However when I use the tool it is applying 3 stages of fertilizer on one pass. I know I'm in three stage because I used a a sprayer right next to it and it only applied one. Anyone know what I need to change to get this to work correctly?
