Mods don't work

This is the error in the log file, some mods are working and some mods don't. Any help? :confusednew:

Whats the Gameversion you play?
last Patch installed?

It's 1.2.0, I guess that's the problem? I should patch it?

Yes, actual the version is 1.5.3.1
