FS 17 PC - Manure Storage Mod

I downloaded the Manure Storage mod from "Placeables Category" in FS 17 PC
It installed and is on my farm. It came with a lot of manure already in it.
However, I have tried several times using several different loaders to scoop out manure to place at the greenhouse. I even tried pulling a manure spreader next to it, to try and "fill the tool", but nothing works? The loader just kind of disappears into the pile when you drive into the storage area?
Am I doing something wrong, or missing a step?
