Bailer behind a harvester?

Good evening,

I have played FS14 and just dove into FS17. I am currently having a strange problem though. In FS14 I would attach a bailer to the rear of my harvester so it could make bails as I harvested the grains.

I have tried to do the same in this game but am not having any luck. I have bought a CR10.90 and a big bailer 1290. I currently have the bailer attached to the harvester and I can unfold and lower it, but I have no option to turn it on. Is there something I'm missing?

There is no PTO on the back of the harvester, therefore, it cannot run the baler.

Nothing missing they just dont have that kind of combine.

i'm on ps4 if you buy the new Holland tc5.90 and the new Holland roll-belt 150 round baler. it works for me

that would be highly unrealistic

Balers behind combines are mainly run hydraulically via a hydropump on the combine, or have their own powerpack unit.

I never even knew we could attach bale technology to a combine. I will try it out for sure .

Just tested as I got finished early today....works fine on XB1 with NH TC 5.90 & round baler and no hindrance to the turning circle. Just looks a little odd. Not one for the purists tho...
