If you want to refresh it ... just delete the file and it will regenerate ...
If you just leave it you probably end up with a mix of logs from multiple savegames!

I down loaded mods. When I run FS17 I checked the mods that I wanted to load. Everything ran fine and the mods worked fine. One time I wanted to run without the mods and unchecked them. Ran without mods just fine. Now I've rechecked the mods and they don't show up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have saved your game while you were running without mods, all the mods you had bought will have because they simply weren't there anymore, according to the game.
There are savegame backup files in your FS17 savegame folder (same as the folder that holds your mods) called 'savegameBackup'. You might be able to find an older savegame there that still has the mods.

Once I cut grass, wind row it, bale it into round bales, how long can it sit on the field before I wrap it, without it causing issues. Speed is going to be on real time normal growth. I normally do it all at once, but if I have to say stop after baling, can I wait till like tomorrow before I start the game and wrap them?

Are you using the seasons mods?
If yes, they will lose some grass after a while, just not sure how long it takes.

If not, it doesn't matter when you wrap your bales.

I'm not using Seasons mod. I only got the game Saturday. I think the only mods I'm using are the stump grinder, just cause I wanted to remove some of the trees near the starter farm on Goldcrest so I could cut more grass, but haven't done it yet, and I got the Helix truck just cause I liked it. I tried the night mod, but 95% of the time when I logon it's like 2am in game and it was always black and it was too hard to tell where I was mowing.

So far, all I have are the 3 original fields that are grass planted. what do you all usually do for like timeshift? Do you use realtime while your harvesting/mowing/cutting trees, then when you quit, shift to like 60x or 120x with normal growth so that in say 8 hrs your fields are ready to go again?

I'm playing Smokey Mountain Map ( Forestry) and have run into a problem. I'm no longer able to sell wood chips to the mill or sawmill that I added. I'm selling Logs ok, just no Woodchips. I'm New to Farm Sim! Thanks

Animal health? How do u keep the health I have dull hay/silage and water and straw but still low health

Clean the area outside the feeder NG area. Also of they take bedding make sure that they have plenty

Animal health? I have fed the cows hey silage and grass clean out the shed and have water but still health is 33% anything else ?

Are you using seasons mod? There was a bug with it and animal health

Load all but one of your animals on a trailer. Clean the area and that will take you to 100% then unload and your good to go

Are you limited to certain areas or can you create a farm near where you actually live?
