Thats the hardest decision ever lol. Wanna sacrifice speed for power or power for speed, lol.
Ya can't beat the sound of the big bud acceleration though.

Agreed. I think the 450 sounds the best especially with that turbo winding up!!

Ok so not tippers then, thanks for clarifying. I only tried the one as a test and presumed the others would work. Would need a bigger one than the TKD or I'd be in the same situation as you with the Holmers. I was using Holmers for the (smaller) seeders until I discovered the augers reset every time you load the game and they kept catching on the structures I had then placed in almost flipping them. Shame as the auger reach on those bins is awesome.

I like the sound of the Detroit Diesels at idle, but I honestly think the 2 strokes sound kind of odd "screaming" like they do. Just my personal opinion. I, however, love the sound of the old 855 Cummins engines.

I love them sounding like they turning 10grand when it's only like 2200. We got a 3-53 in a old 225 lumberjack skidder. Hear it working for miles

^^ I understand....I've heard them IRL as well. They honestly make me think they are going to run away whenever they accelerate.

+1 *thumbsup* My preference is also 450.
747 sounds more like a vacuum cleaner with a massive electric motor rather than an internal combustion engine.
Just doesn't give me the feel of an actual engine.
However, the power and it's capability of compacting silage in minutes is unprecedented.

Ah, I take a small break, from farming simulator 2017 and I found one of my threads to be really popular when I returned.

As someone who has used the V series Detroit Diesel engines for over 50 years, the Big Bud 747 sounds exactly like a 16 v 92 engine. I have used the V series Detroits in everything from over the road semi tractors to Euclid 70 ton belly dump trucks.
Playing on a PS4 & PS4 Pro.
Added a PC at Christmas time.
i7-7700 quad core 3.6GHz(4.2GHz Turbo)
GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
120 GB SATA solid State Drive
1TB SATA III hard Drive
Added a 4K TV
Added a PS5.

Sweet. I do agree that the sound is accurate for a 2 stroke as I have heard what I believe is a v71 in a bus before.
