Thank you Giants.

Well Thank you Giants for getting the AI back to normal, I am back to being able to leave them to it and flick though each one in turn just to check they are still working.

Just finishing up the headlands as normal.

Thank you.

Define "normal AI"
For me AI still was better in FS 15 (After removing trees in their way)
With FS 17 they "complete" their job with rows still not completed, turn around half way down the field etc.

Funny you should bring it up... Last night I had my guy driving the sprayer on the massive center field on Lawfolds (the three in the middle combined). I started him on the north side going east to west. About 30 mins later, I got the message that "helper _ has completed their task". I check his progress on the map. He had completed two passes on the north side, then drove to the south side of the field and did 2 passes. And that was it. I guess he didn't think I'd notice.

In a way they work fine, as long as there are no objects in there path. They love to make big ass turns at the end of the field, where you don't want it (like near a road and getting stuck in traffic) or when a tree is like far away from there tool, refuse to drive. I often find them leaving a row unfinished with any kind of tool. Forcing me to do that part myself. That is why I love the AI Extention mod. Although that isn't perfect either. But Giants is trying there hardest to get the AI in line.
