Alright I just tried something I read on the Dell website and tried it, and I think I've got it working now (fingers crossed).
Playing in Pacific Northwest (NE Oregon) on Xbox One and PC.

Does your Motherboard Bios Screen show up when you first start the computer?

I think I have it working normally now I'm just waiting for it to update.... As of right now it's running Windows 8.1
Processor is Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-3330 CPU @3.00GHZ
RAM 8.00 GB
System 64-bit OS, x64-based processor......

Not sure if that is the info that was being asked for but that's what I found on the PC info menu. Will this run FS17 decently?

Yeah you might need a graphics card but could be ok depending on what's in it

Right click start and go to device manager and down to display adapters, what does it say?

What specifically am I looking for info wise Guill? I'm where you directed me to go and I'm on the graphics menu through the device manager menu but not sure what you're asking for.

Type in device manager in the start menu and open up graphics display adapters and see what's there

Depends on your budget but some of the other guys will better be able to recommend a card that will be best for your system. Could spend hundreds but might cause a bottleneck somewhere so no point in wasting money.

Gpuz will tell you what type graphics card to get. Not exactly sure but I think there is configurators online that can match a card to hardware you already have, you may also have to upgrade the power supply as well.
