Hmm.. if you read his reply to me it makes sense why there were no mods released "schedule is full with gamescom preparations currently, sorry. Next week we will perhaps have a tester on there, we will need to see " I'm pretty sure he was trying to be sarcastic with his "NOTHING" comment, and the update that Lisertan keeps posting is to do with updating their list for mods to test not what they release.. took me two weeks to work that one out, he is talking about the number they have , if you read all the post he keeps changing the numbers so "Update".. well that's my take on it anyway..

Goodness, can't you guys live without mods for a week or 2? Giants has their plates full as is especially when gamescon comes in.

Apologies for posting this here, but does anyone know if you need ps plus to be able to download mods and use them offline?

I am thinking about letting my subscription lapse as I mostly play single player/sim games now, but I can't live without FS19 mods.

Here's a list of things you can do without a PlayStation Plus account on the PS4 according to Sony:

Accessing entertainment, film, and TV services (Users must subscribe separately to individual services)
Share options, including sending gameplay video and screenshots to Facebook, screenshots to Twitter, or livestreaming gameplay via Ustream or Twitch
Sharing video to Facebook,
Playing PS4 games remotely using the PS Vita system (Remote Play)
Comparing Trophy data with other users
Sending and receiving text messages from other users
PlayStation Store access (users must pay to purchase premium content)
Live item, activity feeds on Dynamic Menu
Party (cross game voice chat)
Web browser
PlayStation App services (on iOS/Android devices)
So assuming that you can still download free content like the mods.. unless someone knows differently

I apologize for my post everybody I'm looking forward to gamescom and any info the give us I just get excited about the mods because these guys do an amazing job and I love every mod they make regardless if I use it or not

Making the step back into PC gaming made me see just how much of a rip off consoles are....

rip off? that is all the stuff you CAN do without having to have a PS+ account. all the PS+ account does is let you play multiplayer that is all the PS+ is for (multiplayer)

You pay for those games with your PS+ and IF your PS+ expires those "free" games are not playable....
