How to make EVEN ground in GE ?

How to make EVEN ground in GE ? There is a Building that is so small i cant turn a truck in there
so i deleted the walls and trying to even out the terrain BUT with no luck I keep Either going to high or to low with the Mouse

Is there an easier way to do this ? Also iis there a way to enlarge the Building ?

u can do both.. I would have to look again but go to the giants tuts and its the one about terrain editing.. as to the building u can scale its size up or down as much as u want
