Mod question

Haven't been on here in awhile so this might have been answered. I love the game, wish consoles would get more mods but I get the license issues. My question is that giants has the ok from companies like case IH for instance then why can't we on consoles have access to the mods that are made from these brands already in the game??

Real quick for you knowledgeable mod guys...The ground modification tool mod...Is that something consoles could get or is that considered a "script" mod?? I would love to use this!

I believe the ground modification mod is a script, but I could be wrong.

If it is outside non giants scripts, console wont see it, but if its giants made scripts, console will get it.
