Arm Speed For Consoles

Post by FragDad »

Can we please have a definitive answer form Giants why you have taken out the Arm speed option? and will you be putting it back into
FS17? This has taken all the fun out of logging.

I have search these pages and cannot find and answer only numerous console players complaining about it.

There actually was. It was a later update for FS15.

The only reason they would take it off, either people didn't like it or wasn't really needed for fs17

Ooohh god   So it is a literal meaning. It is what it says. Good. Thanks *thumbsup*
Then I'm really ok with how it is right now. I like watching them unfold. Especially that potato harvester looking transformer thing
But of course an adjustable option won't hurt.

It's for the arms of the front loader, buffalo king etc. In fs15 you could adjust it so it moved faster or slower.

To be honest, there is no real reason why the option is not available anymore. It is somehow possible to change that with the sensitivity sliders in the Gamepad settings menu, but this is not really a 100% replacement and most notably this option is only available on PC.
We will be adding the "vehicle arm sensitivity" option again in the next patch.

RODHA, this option is not for the automatic unfold/folding. It is for all the movable parts that you control with the sticks directly. Increasing the sensitivity allows you to move the arms faster, but it will be harder to have precise control over the arms.
