Question: When starting with seasons are the fields planted with grass (by default) still grass or do they revert to a plowed/cultivated state?

I'd play and find out, but it's family night and my kids are watching Kung Fu Panda instead of me playing. I've been waiting all day and dreaming!!!

They are still grass. The field is just short grass like it has just been mowed.

There is also a separate thread where you can find lots of information about the Seasons mod and can ask questions about it: viewtopic.php?f=893&t=112321

Lefe, does that mean it is already fully compatible with its first release version or an update is coming?

You can check for yourself if a map is already fully compatible with Seasons, also on console: start a new career on the map with only the Seasons mod and the Seasons GEO: Snowy Lands mod (http://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.ph ... er=console) activated. Wait until it is snowing and then check if there is snow on the ground inside the sheds and buildings. If there isn't then the map should be fully compatible with Seasons.

Thank you don_apple :hi:
Didn’t really cross my mind cause I’m still trying to figure out what to do :biggrin2:
It feels like my mind has gone blank completely
I’ll check with tvtof. It is probably compatible but doesn’t hurt to check and make sure *thumbsup*

Thank you for the confirmation and for making the map already seasons compatible for consoles *thumbsup* :hi:
I’ve just started a new save and it seems the map will look amazing through out the seasons.

I wonder if the reason The Valley took so long in testing was because BSM had the heads up from Giants.......

:hmm:  :hmm:
Playing on XBone in Somerset, UK - Typically spending more time on the forum than actually playing the game.

I’m thinking bullet Bill was in on it as well because his seasons ready West Coast map was submitted pretty quickly.
