Combine working slowly

These threads are starting to get a bit repetitive for me lol. I have the small case combine and header and it only goes between 3-5kmph on field 16 in wbh. Anyone have any ideas.

Sounds realistic :D haha

I have seen this error before. Is there a pattern? Some map? Ground response features? Same combine?

It's the first time using a combine on pc with seasons so nothing else to base it on. I'll get my log and see if anyone can spot the culprit. I have that mod for realistic crop density so I was thinking that may be the problem but not sure.

The first thing to do in these situations is to disable all mods and then enable them one by one to see which one causes this.

Really dumb question, but have you checked your cruise control? I've done that before and tried everything until I noticed I had managed to set the cruise at 3 mph. Done it more than once too... Sometimes it's the simplest things.
FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!

Yep stock combine and header. I am using realistic fuel by tykon I think. Don't think I have cc set low but it is a possibility.

I think I will eventually have to disable all the mods to find it but hopefully some one has come across it and knows of a fix lol.

Yes. Sort of :biggrin2: . You can just copy your entire save game folder somewhere else. Now you have a backup. I am talking about the folders called savegame1 etc.

Test on savegame1 then once you are done with testing you can delete it from fs17 folder and copy the backed up save game folder.

Does that make sense?

The other option is say you have two save games already. So you copy and and paste savegame1 and then rename it to savegame3. Now you can test on savegame3

Ah right I think I get you now. So just have a backup and when I'm finished testing I just replace that with the backup?

It might be just because of pure lack of power.
That combine can just drive the header and itself.
Any other additional load like a steep hill as on F16 could easly make it drop down a few mph.
That is just a wild guess though. I've used that combine a lot but not in WBH on F16.

I thought that was the problem but even going downhill it was the same. Anyone know what left shift and 3 does with drive control? I notice it changes some icon in the lower right hud.
