What are they learning on?............. PC or Console? If it's PC then there are plenty of good you tubers out there, like Simul8, Daggerwin, Eustuse Pharmer, Jim Estep, Reefy, Bullet Bill, and many more. but if it's console, then your stuffed. I have not seen one good console you tuber for FS17 yet!

Well for one I stray away from daggerwin, he can be really good, but sometimes (rarely) he can be just as bad as some of the noobs. And they seem to have learned pretty well, now it's just getting them to actually farm and not just mess around. On second thought I'll change the title "how to motivate noobs"

I am afraid to say that you really can't motivate a noob, either they want to play it to a certain level of realism, what ever that may be, or not, trying to force them to do it as realistically as possible, may backfire against you, and they would most likely turn into multiplayer trolls that ruin the game for everyone ells. At the end of the day you will have to accept that you can't make them do things your way, and let them do things there way on there own terms. They will do one of two things, they will become board of messing around, and try to play it properly or they will just find another game to play. Daggerwin is now doing a realistic series that might get there interest but don't get your hopes up. But I know what you mean about him acting like a noob, but I think a lot of it is done on purpose to get down with the kids on there level.
