PS 4 FS 17 Mods Newbie Questions

Post by hammerheadny »

Good day,

I bought the PS 4 version of Farming Simulator Platinum this week. Two questions I can't find the answer to on the support site.

1. In the game, the "Used system storage" states 82% even though my PS 4 system has a 2tb drive that's only 41% full?
a. Why?
b. Where does FS 17 store DLC?

2. The Platinum edition is supposed to come with the Big Bud and Kuhn DLC packs. I see them under mods and when I click it states "buy them" then takes me to the PS Store where is states "installed"?
a. I can't find any of the Big Bud and Kuhn DLC in mods?

Thanks.

-the game has just a give amount to store mods etc in. Dont remeber how big the folder is.

If the dlc is bought and install you should find it in the mods list whenever you start a new or load a prevoiusly played game.

Thanks for the reply but I don't get it, sorry.

I bought the game digital version from the PS Store. Platinum Edition.

How much storage does the game permit, meaning can I download all mods?

The Big Bud and Kuhn DLC does not appear. The Platinum edition is supposed to come with the Big Bud and Kuhn DLC packs. I see them under mods and when I click it states "buy them" then takes me to the PS Store where is states "installed"?

4 gigs is what you get for mods so no you can't download everyone. If you start a game and go to the shop both the kuhn and big bud will be in the shop. I don't belive the mod store shows that they are downloaded but will be in the game

I'm presuming you bought the premium version as platinum isn't released until November. Premium includes the season pass which covers all DLC released so far. Go to the same place in the PlayStation store and click on add-ons and then you should be able to download everything there free of charge.

What crash meant was, when you start a saved game, or a new game the next screen to come up should be a list of all mods you have downloaded. You then have to go down the list and select the ones you want on that gand. Hope that clarifies things.

Thanks for the help and replies.

Since I bought the digital version where can I find the PDF manual for the FS 17?

Have a great day.

Donald.
