Placeable mods in the Suedhammer map

Hello, i have downloaded the map Suedhammer of the multifruit functions, altough i want to place some more things on the map, but it doesnt work as well as i want (see picture) it seems that some of the mods are "underground", i tried installing them with GE instead but since they are placeable function mods the function stops working.

Any tips?
