You should be able to see them in the xml file. Don't ask where because that is as far as my PC knowledge goes.

RODHA is right, it'd be located here: C:\Users\Bradley\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2017\savegame1 (replace the savegame1 with what ever save game you have the map on) then look for careerSavegame.xml, click it, press ctrl+f, then search gold, if it finds a line called <foundGoldNuggetCount> then the map should have gold nuggets
