Small scale equipment/map

Post by Samemeteor26 »

I'm trying to find a map with small fields that I can use smaller equipment on. If anyone has any suggestions, plz let me know. Also along with the map I'm looking for small scale equipment. I kinda wana use older tractors and equipment so if you also know some good old timey/ small scale equipment and tractors, feel free to tell me.

Old Stream Farm or Golden Days of Farming.

Though I think Lossberg is the way to go with smaller equipment. Really like that map.

Get the MF Pack from Blacksheep, when I played Lossberg I used that pack and the Bührer and the Kirovets as my larger HP tractor.

I would strongly recommend Old Stream Farm. I played around 150 hours on that map before I quit playing it. I had a lot farther to go, but I started a map on Westbridge Hills and I've been there since. I especially enjoyed Old Stream because since all the fields were small, I could do most of the work myself and not get bored.

One of the trusted mod sites (modhoster I think) has a variety of older equipment that was in FS15--had a link for awhile but can't remember-try google for info. I used a map called Old Family Farm that was ideal--haven't seen it for FS17--put many hours on that map with small old equipment--JD A tractor, NH rake, JD sickle mower, Ford 3 point hitch sickle mower were some of the equipment -It came in a free DLC at the time.

Also look for the old iron packs. They are small older American tractors and a few implements as well as some of the some the older articulated tractors.

If your looking for a map that "encourages" small equipment, look at the much hyped "West Coast" map. It is very much built for small to maybe medium equipment.
