Platinum Expansion not installing

I purchased the Platinum edition from Steam. FS17 installed and I have been enjoying playing it. But the Steam library says Platinum DLC was added but not installed. It says it will be installed on game launch. But when I launch FS17 it doesn't install the Platinum DLC. Any idea what I need to do to get it to install?
