Maps take between 500mb to just over 1gb.
A large mod pack of equipment will only take around 100mb... since your on console there shouldent be any useless junk left over in the mod folder to waste space.
As others have said, delete the maps you arent using and you will be fine.

That is just a great tip lefe1. Thank you very much Never thought of this or tried either.lefe1 wrote:I don't know how xbox works but the PS4 you can uninstall the map you don't play as much. but don't delete the savegame. then when you want to play that map again you install it and the saved game you have still works for that map. see pic.

Only Sandy Bay, Thornton and Lossberg are over 500MB. Btw, what happened to CPF? I can't see it on the modhub of farming simulator website.

CPF is still there. But somebody unticked some checkboxes, hence it didn't show up on the website. Now it's there again

Re: Help!!! ran out of disc space to download mods on Xbox one
I know they do. but sony is not holding back xbox. if xbox wants to up the limit they could. which they already did in another game that xbox allows 1gb more than sony in this other game. so it's up to microsoft to up it. and I heard that they might up the limit for all games. so if they do it might push sony into upping the limit too. So I hope Microsoft does because we will all win in the endredglasses wrote:ya but sony has ALOT more strict limitslefe1 wrote:xbox limits games to. it's not just sony.3rd pedal wrote:If sony cant (too bad!)...but xbox can...why limit the xbox? Re: Help!!! ran out of disc space to download mods on Xbox one
Why? New one isn't bad, storage is a bit small but we have plenty of mods to solve thatTacoFarmer wrote:Just don't uninstall old version of west bridge hills..lefe1 wrote:I don't know how xbox works but the PS4 you can uninstall the map you don't play as much. but don't delete the savegame. then when you want to play that map again you install it and the saved game you have still works for that map. see pic. the golden days of farming has a big red question mark because I uninstalled that map to install who dat who der ranch. It saves me a lot of system storage space doing it this way. and like I said if I want to go back to playing golden days of farming, All I have to do is install it again and my save still works for that map. and ps4 has 10 slots so I can have 10 maps saved.

Modifying your console wouldn't make a difference as it has nothing to do with the internal hard drive
