How to sow harvested seeds

Can someone please advise me, am I wring, I thought it was possible to use harvested grain to sow the next field? If so, how do I do this please? I have tried to refill a sower using wheat that I have placed in my store. I tried direct from the silo, then from a trailer, an auger wagon and a skid loader, but so far have not found a way to do this.

Only potatoes can used for this

I know it works with potatoes yes, but with grains i don't think so. Could be wrong. There used to be a kind of a seed processor that could convert grains into seeds on pc. Since i now play on consoles, i'm unaware of this placeable is on FS17.

You use seed pallets or seed ba mods to refill

Interesting.

I guess its worded strangely on this wiki.

"The price of seeds are kinda steep (sunflowers ~600$/1ha. As these are also seeds, store them in your siloes."

I assumed you could take sunflower seeds from a silo and reuse them to plant.
