I logged on the Ps4, the internet was down, I thought I was going to have to play with no mods on GCV.WRONG!! I got to play on my Who Dat save with the mods!!! When did they fix the not letting you use mods without connecting to the internet first? AWESOME!!!Thanks.

You have to connect to the internet to even play with mods activated? Dadgum Sony. That's half stupid. On Xbox you can play offline with mods

Something else must be going on. Because 1. I was not on the internet the other day and I could not use my purchased DLCs or mods.

And also today, 2. If you log on the game too fast after boot up and the internet has not checked or verified your licenses yet sometimes it says the mods are not available, and then I have to close the game and reopen it.

So, not sure how that is working for you.

Thats what it usually says when there's no internet access.

I noticed this too a month or two ago. This is so much better for those of us that don't have an always on internet connection.
