Yes, it'd totally worth it
For one, no matter what you play on, you have mods. PC has some really amazing scripted mods
Added animal (Pigs) and a few new crops, and the newest DLC will add sugar cane
Slightly better graphics
More brands
And it's just an overall better game. I played a 15 a lot, and loved it, and FS17 is definitely better in my opinion
