Console - Placeable Apple Trees

Post by MNTopCat »

Hello,

I was very excited to download and use this mod. I love it, just wish you could actually harvest them yourself.

The price per tree seems a bit high, but I was wondering about the manure and water consumption. These trees seem to require a lot more manure and water than I was expecting. Does anyone else feel that way or am I just nitpicking?

Thanks.

Each tree uses 10L water and 20L manure per hour. I agree that the manure usage is rather high. I started an apple orchard map and based on my calculations, it takes 2.4 cows to fully support a tree. So my 50 tree Apple orchard seems more like a 120 cow operation :(

As a lot of other aspects of this game you must not stare yourself blind on "what you see" ...
1 of these placeable trees is probably equivalent to a larger amount of "IRL trees".

I have yet to try this mod myself ...

I'm just about to start a fruit orchird on Altenstein, I cut down a large chunck of the forest, plowed it up, planted grass, now time to put some fruit trees in there. I'm planning on putting 9-10 trees down, but only own 15 cows and 10 pigs...
