You'd pay $20 to make straw pellets in a game? Each to their own.TacoFarmer wrote:Id rather turn straw into pellets than plant cane in south america,or anywhere.FarmerJimbob wrote:Yeah I often think what I could really do with right now is another baler or way to get rid of straw swath.TacoFarmer wrote:This shoulda been the Platinum DLC

If it was the Platinum DLC it would have been with the season pass. Exactly to each their own. And besides that BSMs map and excavator will be out soon enough,Who Dat ranch is getting updated.FarmerJimbob wrote:You'd pay $20 to make straw pellets in a game? Good to know Giants allow "mods" so be sold for money, if you just call it an add-on or dlc and your a company.
Any one know if the mods that already are out there stops working, if they are also found in that pack there?

Looks pretty. Anyone interested?
Re: Farming Simulator 17 Add-On Straw Harvest
Of course the BM Modding Krone remains working. Besides, other mods of these tools are not by Creative Mesh and like any other mod will not be affected.Scharphorn wrote:Any one know if the mods that already are out there stops working, if they are also found in that pack there?
Not sure about any issues with Horsch DLC though as that uses quite a few scripts itself too.

Re: Farming Simulator 17 Add-On Straw Harvest
Quite a few people are not aware about the relationship between the BM-Modding, VertexDezign and Giants team. So when BM-Modding goes 3rd party with Creative Mesh I think it's pretty legit.
And it's not the first time for a 3rd party add on dlc, anybody still remember Pro-Farm for FS 11?

Re: Farming Simulator 17 Add-On Straw Harvest
Just watched Daggerwin's review on this add-on. That is really amazing and different from what we usually do in FS17.
I hope Giants would come up with a solution for a console release. May be a separate DLC. I just hope.

Well, as far as paid DLC goes, this one is my Platinum Add-On. Not much interested in Southamerican maps (mega happy with my Czech farm but sugarcane is a nice touch to offer something exotic, hoping rice will follow)

It's not made by us, so impossible I'd say.TacoFarmer wrote:This shoulda been the Platinum DLC
Companies can, of course, talk to us and we might or might not work with them, in this case, we did. That should not have any impact on mods whatsoever, no worries.Scharphorn wrote:Good to know Giants allow "mods" so be sold for money, if you just call it an add-on or dlc and your a company.
