Better Driving w/ Keyboard

Hi! I play FS17 for a while now, and even since, I've been noticing these bad configurations for driving with keyboard. I don't have enough money to buy a wheel, so I really hope that have an way to imrpove the driving.
So, first, I would like to reduce wheel sensivity, and disable the function of wheel coming back to neutral position.
Two,, I would appreciate to reduce acceleration sensivity, it's simply a joke the sensivity when accelerating.
So, there is any way to configure this? There is any mod to help-me out?

There are a couple of mods that might help to improve the driving experience when using a keyboard:
