Annoying Redirection

Every 15 minutes or so i get a redirection to the Giant web page with a purchase message, I own the Base game on Steam, 2 DLC and the new Aerosoft DLC as well, can anyone help with this problem, it kills my progress because i`m constantly restarting the game, i run in full screen with G-sync and i can not restart after i kill the web page.

Well, I'm sorry to say that what happens is the software is 'phoning home' to make sure that it is 'valid'. if not then you will get this screen.

Uninstall via steam and reinstall again. If this continues to happen then contact steam via the steam interface.

Also what steam files have you in your x64 folder, that might help someone or steam themselves

What do you mean by steam files in my 64x folder, my steam is on a separate SSD! I have 9 different steam games and also Re-Shade? Whats wrong with my forum name, 8v92 is a Detroit Engine made by GM, My name is Rick, that name was used already.. I have already contacted Steam and they said Contact Giant about it, All my software is legitimate, are you assuming that i have pirated software, On what grounds do you base this accusation on?

Look in your FS17 folder and in there is an x64 folder; what steam files have you in there.

Also have you tried uninstalling FS17 and reinstalling it?

Re-Shade is most likely what is causing this, according to the following thread from the german section of the forum: viewtopic.php?f=882&t=110418&p=916209&h ... de#p916136

So try disabling Re-Shade to see if that helps.
