What happens if you remove a mod on Modhub?

I know that CDmodelZ are removing their mods but , if you a installed mod and it gets removed , do you get to keep the mod???
(Im not trying to make another thread about CDmodelZ)

You keep it as you downloaded it

As long as you don't delete it then it will be OK. As soon as you remove the mod from your game to free up space it will disappear from the in game mod hub
