Seasons: No time bonus on field work?

Doing some field work and no time bonus? Anyone else have this problem? This a bug or this on purpose? I like doing field because of time bonus. Moderators feel free to put this thread in the right place. And the reward to do these mission are ridiculously low.

That is on purpose with seasons. The pay is roughly 5x what a hired worker gets in the same allotted time. There is no time bonus.

If you do missions your crops don’t grow but does time still advance? Just thinking if you did too many missions your crops may not ripen in time for harvest

Yes it does advance, but your crops are paused. But it feels like im getting ripped off.

Growth stages are changed now. Your crops will grow as they should even when doing missions (with seasons mod).
You are not getting ripped off. You get paid 5x more for working a field than it costs you to hire a worker do fo the same thing. The old way was crazy. You shouldn't be able to work a couple fields for someone and make more money than the crops in those fields are worth.
