Seasons mod growth

I have a question been playing on seasons mod for a few days made it to mid summer and was just curious on the growth rate of crops when the crops grow

On 3 day seasons they grow a stage every day

Im playing as of now on 9 day seasons and was judy curious how to plan things out

They grow in transition times. This is not clearly written in the manual but reallogger from Realismus posted the below info on that subject.

The growth happens at midnight when there is a change in transition (change between early, mid, late). Note that the growth is distributed between planting and harvesting and since most crops have only 4 visible growing growth stages there can be several transitions between each time you see crops growing.

Will update the manual to make this clearer :)

But also: plant early in the planting window and you will be able to harvest earlier in the harvest window. Use the crop calendar in the Seasons menu for planning.

Thank you. I planted corn one degree lower than the threshhold will that affect the yield?

Also not the right place to post this but now that im thinking of it through the winter i know ground is froze but can you spread solid manure like in real life? Sorry for not starting a new topic and all

Around here, they do Anhydrous pneumonia, only once in a blue moon they'll spread manure, but thats right after harvest.
