I might add that I'm not in full agreement that all of the technology is good. There are some scary things that come from living virtually. Nothing can replace the smell of manure, of being outside on a crisp day, smelling diesel. I just think the guy who spends 8+ hours in a cubicle, or the woman who deals with screaming kids all day, or dealing with traffic and bosses that don't care... they want and need an escape too, maybe planting a crop, delivering goods, or cutting some trees is what gives them a respite from their reality.

Well, Outerra do a demo, called Anteworld http://www.outerra.com/demo.html You need at least an upper-mid tier computer to run it though.

You need to buy the demo in order to unlock all of the features though.

I know, there already is a host of truck and train sims. Go there if you want to do that, right? Well, not with the console guys. There is no truck or train sim there.
