Cant find a good map :(

Hey folks. I love fs17 but I can't seem to find a good map that I can lose myself in so I'm back to using FS15.

Whats your favourite maps? is anyone else still playing fs15?

What's your play style? Do you like big, open farming or smaller British/European set ups?
The more you can tell us about how you play, the better we can recommend something to suit.
My personal favourites so far have been Lawfolds, Sandy bay, Coldborough, Stappenbach and the West Coast. I'm getting into Loess Hill Country but I've yet to do a harvest and there's a lot of map I haven't explored so I'm hesitant to recommend it, even though I'm loving it so far.

Nope got off fs15 when fs17 released. Tip anywhere and mods is just too game changing to go back. And for maps I love Altenstien, Thornton was fun, westbridge hills, tvtof, GCV. These are all really good maps, try em out see if you like them

The West Coast Map with Seasons + GEO: Wales mods are best for me.

I am trying out "Hermanns Eck" at the moment.
Seems to be a good one if you like a "driving challenge" and it is a lot different from any other map I have seen so far, playing FS17.

Broxton seems good.

Broxton is ingenious. I played that map for what felt like 20 minutes but, when I checked, it was 22 hours. Definitely one of on my top five.

Broxton is fully english and it includes animated sheep that walk on the roads.Have a look at it's description . Despite it being more or nearly half a gig , it's pretty good.

I'd play Goldcrest Valley exclusively before I would go back to FS15. It's not even the same game.

Having said that, there are a ton of maps available (even for consoles) and I've only gotten hooked on about 3 or 4. It's all a matter of what you like.

On my server we're currently playing Stevie's latest V1C of Beaver Creek as another idea if you like maps with lots of factory placeables and lots of room for vehicles and placeables.

i have clocked 181 hours on my west coast play longest i have played any map. for me seasons has helped out massively for me. you haven't found the correct map yet for your playstyle.

Serenity Valley rise of industry has been my fav 17 map. 442 hours on that !

1. Lawfolds
2. The West Coast
3. The Old Stream Farm V2


Won't go back to the top 2 though until they are seasons ready.
So putting some serious hours in on the old stream farm and GCV at the moment.

Speaking of lawfolds, and a little off topic here... Does anyone know if lawfolds will be updated for seasons?

u said a mouth full right there.. i tried going back before i got my pc because i was missing bejornholm and it drove me mad.. everything seemed so dumbed down.. everything all the way down to the way implements attach to the tractor to the lack of tip anywhere.. and DONT get me started on what they called logging in fs15 lol.. it was way awesome in its day but fs17 with all its short comings blows it clean out of the water
