I just can't understand this "taking a break from social media" thing.
I mean how time consuming can it be so that one would need to take a break from it?
I'm not judging, I think it something about my age. I just can't comprehend it.
Never spent that much time in any part of social media.

It's usually not about the time. Most people I know take breaks from Social media because they are sick of the peole out there. Being on SoMe always means getting into the line of fire of people who think it's cool to talk you down, yell at you and be genereally agressive. That's what most people need a break from.

My social media consists of just this forum. Thats why I've that much post.

Social media is a way for cowards to "say" things about people they dont have the guts to say to their face.

I’m not sure if this is true or not but I heard it some where or another maybe on social media

that using social media and craving it releases the chemical the same as smoking which must help make addiction.

2 weeks ago a video launched that it's coming soon.
I don't know if it is already in the mods waiting to be tested. Maybe Listeran can let us know.
