What is your favorite map and why?
As topic said.
Map you are playing now.

Oakfield, it's got a good range of field sizes and the attention to detail is second to none, it just feels genuine.
I've been playing 2 or 3 maps at a time mainly but I've not been on any of my other saves since starting Oakfield.

My favorite map is estancia lapacho. The thing I most like about it is the color of the soil because it looks more like the color of the dirt in my area.

Oregon Springs. I feel it is, by far, the best North American map available atm.

My favorite map is The West Coast. I love the detail in that map.

I've been on Green Valley for a bit now and lovin the realism like speed limits, and if you drive through a field , your cash drops really fast. Lots of forest areas and factories and additional crops. The only bad thing is I need my phone out while playing, because the whole map is in Russian, but other than that, it's been keeping me busy.

Even on PC I still play Westbridge Hills a lot.
I enjoy playing with the More Realistic mod on, and the hills on that map really make my equipment work as hard as I would expect in real life.
It is also good for big silage and dairy operations.

Never knew that. Just tried grass too and it works. Pity it doesn't work with silage.chaskuchar1 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2018 9:58 am tvtof. I like that I can save hay in the silo and then fill the silo king from the silo after I put in a silage bale. makes feeding the cattle a lot easier. chas

^^ Forage & Chips silo lets you do straw, hay and silage into a feed mixer, makes TMR an absolute breeze.
Controversial but Goldcrest Valley is still my favourite map - best layout for doing a bit of every aspect of the game and great features throughout. Playing the mod maps has been fantastic and give great variety but don’t quite do it for me for a long play through.

My favourite is the west coast.
Followed very closely by lawfolds. (just a shame it's not seasons ready)
Although currently playing Oakfield Farm on PC. But not made my mind up whether i enjoy Oakfield more or the west coast more.
