Crops I Hope Are Added in FS19

So if you have followed FS, than you will see not too many crops have been added, except FS17. The crops (as an american player) i would like to added are:
Cotton
Fruit Orchards (Ex Apples, Grapes)
Small Gardens Where You use A Tiller And Hand Pick
And Peanuts

I Also Hope Hunting And Fishing Will Be Put In At Some Point.

I think with horses we are going to get Alfalfa.

Cotton and rice, rice would be hard to implement but it could be done and it would add another great aspect to the game for me having worked on a rice farm, Ik I’m just one guy and I won’t cry if it’s not in game but would be nice to have

Doesn’t rice need to be planted in a sort of flooded field?

No for rice what you have to do is cultivate and plant on dry ground then specialized survey equipment to determine where to pull levees which you use to regulate the water levels in the rice patties depending on the field you can sometimes not pull an outside levee which you then have to butt up to keep in water or if the sides of the field are higher than the field you don’t need an outside levee to water it you can use a few different setups with the same basic idea of raising or lowering a “spill” (plastic tarp usually 10•10) when the rice first starts budding we do what’s called “flushing” where all the spills are as low as they can be set and we pump water through the whole field as the rice grows we continue to pump more water in the patties filling them by raising the spills you remove the spills before harvesting straight levees are from heaven if giants is to include rice it’d have to be in a far more simplified form sorry for the long post

Why hunting and fishing? This is a farming game, not a sporting game

Flushing is just the term used for the first time pumping water through the field usually before the crop comes up or right after and we don’t hold water when we flush after that as the crop grows we pump water into that patties as it grows and try to keep the water level about two to three inches below the tips of the rice rice loves water and can survive submerged for several days but we try not to let that happen the ground also affects how much water you have to pump as some ground won’t soak up much water and will keep standing water for a while but sandy ground is like a sponge and soaks up water like crazy and we alwasy have to keep pumping water in those fields some are so bad we don’t even plant rice in them anymore cause we can’t keep water standing, as for hunting and fishing I love both in real life but for the game I think that time and resources could be used else where to better enhance the farming aspect of the game that’s just my two cents

Alfalfa should have been added in FS17.......

Hunting and Fishing dont belong in FS. But I would be ok seeing fish farms added.

Fish farming is an interesting idea maybe you could do something like pigs where you could grow all the feed they need and be self sufficient peanuts would be unique too I’ve never dealt with animals on a farm what ways do farmers use alfalfa for their animals just so I know what to expect if it’s added along with horses
