Blame Sony and Microsoft for that. But they will never see eye to eye with each other.
I do believe that PC has it as a mod so can't see why XBOX can't get it as well since it's not exclusive any more.

It's a Giants model. Yes there is a black Massey with duals that's exclusive for ps+ users.

Highly unlikely it will pass because it's a copy of a Giants model, I know other mods of in-game models have appeared on console but it generally only happens to add a new feature.

I think the reason being is New Holland is a blue colour and Playstation theme is blue
