Vehicle groups switcher

I loaded the vehicle groups switcher mod [I'm on a PC] and want to know where you access this from, and how do you use it to put vehicles into selected groups ?

Do mods not come with instructions and a further details in a note pad file or word file these days??

some do markare.. but a lot do not.. ive often resorted to finding mod reviews and first looks to figure out how to work features that aren't immediately evident.. sometimes I walk away from the video like "well don't I feel stupid.. it was right in front of me the whole time" and other times its like "who would have ever been able to figure this out.. its completely mental" lol
